Gameplay Impressions

Ease of Access (Avg: 6.8)

While some users noted a smooth onboarding, others were held back by bugs and crashes. One said, "The game has so many bugs and we have to restart so many times to get it to work."

Controls (Avg: 7.3)

Generally workable, but not everyone was impressed. "Sometime there is a bug" was a common theme, while others appreciated the basic intuitiveness.

Graphics (Avg: 7.9)

Visuals received decent marks, ranging from "The graphics look great" to "The UI is really messed up." A few noted stylistic polish lacking in certain areas.

Core Game Loop (Avg: 7.8)

The gameplay loop was engaging for most, with several users highlighting its tactical depth. That said, "it’s very time-consuming to upgrade your heroes," and "the game felt more play-to-win" were common criticisms.

Story (Avg: 7.7)

Mixed impressions—some enjoyed the lore and light narrative elements, while others thought it lacked depth or consistency.

Equipment & Hero Variations (Avg: 8.1)

Players liked the different units and gear setups. Comments included "The level got tougher which keeps you engaged," and "good variation once you unlock more."

Final Thoughts

Forest Knight has a solid tactical base with Web3 integration and a nostalgic feel for fans of turn-based RPGs. Many appreciated its mechanics and hero system, while others hit technical snags and found progression slow without spending. The game has potential—but it needs bug fixes, a UI upgrade, and better balancing to thrive.

Today we game.
